Echandia Group AB cancels extraordinary general meeting

On 12 February 2025, Echandia Group AB gave notice to attend an extraordinary general meeting which was intended to consider the amendment of the articles of association in order to remove the CSD clause and to introduce a provision on post-transfer acquisition rights. Since then, the general meeting held on 26 February 2025 has resolved on the corresponding amendment to the articles of association.
Given the above and the fact that there is no longer any need to address the issue of amending the articles of association, the board of directors has resolved to cancel the extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 12 March 2025.
